I bring calm, clarity, and humanness into the work, and I’ll be with you as we explore what’s beneath the surface. This process isn’t about labels — it’s about making sense of your story and finding new ways to relate to yourself with more compassion and understanding.

Hey, I’m Claire.

I became a therapist because I know how powerful it can be to have someone truly sit with you, without fixing or judging. Therapy gave me space to unravel that tangle, and now I get to offer that same space to others.

I’ve spent more years as a client than as a clinician, and that lived experience shapes how I show up: warm, steady, a little irreverent, and deeply present. I won’t reduce you to what you’re struggling with, or rush you to a silver lining. I’ll meet you where you are — with care, curiosity, and a belief that your struggles make sense.

This work is relational, layered, and often intimate. And it can also be funny, freeing, and healing in ways that might surprise you.
